MY FATHER'S DAILY ROUTINE

My father’s name is António Martins and he is forty-one years old. He’s from Fragoso in Portugal.
My father wakes up at half past seven and then gets dressed. After that, he goes to work. He has lunch at twelve o’clock. In the evening he has a snack.
He always finishes work at about half past nine and then he goes home. My father arrives home and watches TV. He has dinner and goes to bed at ten o’clock. Finally, he falls asleep.
This is his daily routine.

In the afternoon she works.
In the evening, she has dinner at quarter past eight with her family. After dinner she watches TV. Finally, she gets undressed. She never forgets to brush her teeth. She goes to bed at ten o’clock.
This is a good daily routine.

Did you know that the number of obese people in America is increasing? American people eat fast food frequently. There are many American people who eat fast food every day. There are few people in America who have a balanced diet.
The most evident advantage of a typical American diet is that it is tasty. American people chose to eat food that doesn’t cost a lot of money. For example, fast food doesn’t cost a lot of money.
However, most people in America are obese. They haven’t got a balanced diet. When they eat fast food, they eat fat, calories and salt. Another disadvantage of a typical American diet is that it reduces your longevity.
In conclusion, if you are an American, you should change your typical diet. You can experiment a typical American diet, but don’t eat it every day.

LATE FOR SCHOOL

One day Tiago woke up late for school. All students were in the classroom when Tiago knocked softly at the door and the teacher opened it.
Tiago apologized for being late. He sat and at the end of the class he talked with his teacher. “Sorry. Yesterday I went to bed so late and I slept very little, because I watched the final of the “Big Loser”.
He was so sorry that he started to cry like a baby and the teacher forgave him for being late.
Tiago was extremely grateful. In the afternoon he went home happy.

They should not eat in front of the TV or in other situations out of habit.
